一.MULTI-FUNCTION CENTRAL CONTROL SYSTEM
Auto detecting multi-function control system for printing machine is developed by our company independently. Operation and running of the machine is controlled by hi-end multi-function PLC program with colorful contact control human-computer interface, in which way production flow, operation function, failure detection of each printing step can be completely displayed in graph. It's suitable for function input such as all kinds of printing functions, parameter setup, operation time, besides, instruction can be input through corresponding graph on the human-computer interface. Consequently, operator can understand this kind of simple operation in short time and there is no any obstacle to training communication on operation.
This machine has some part-controlling functions as below:
a. Automatic squeegee seat which can set up many kinds of squeegee actions, select squeegee times (0-9 times) and take back paste.
b. Function of delaying screen printing plate rising and falling. In order to meet printing process requirement, screen printing plates can fall and rise simultaneously or falling and rising of some plates can be delayed, and delayed time can be set up.
c. Pattern length setup.
d. Automatic failure detection and trouble shooting during machine running, instruction provided to carry out timely maintenance and to avoid loss of unnecessary machine stop.

五.ADVANCED SERVO SYSTEM AND PRINTING GUIDE TAPE

The machines uses the newest type of servo system whose main conveyer is driven by high-precision pulse AC servo motor imported from Germany in combination with printing specific guide belt of Switzerland Habasit, which contributes to high convey speed, sensitive and precise reaction, uniform belt tension, simple and easy maintenance of system, good performance of stability, and adaptability to various printing processes.
